I think I finally have that slight six pack now – six months after starting my weight lifting! Just in time for summer, although I’m not so interested in showing them off right now – I will save them for september:)

Just thought I’d share a short video from today’s work out showcasing one of the exercises I can credit helping me get strong abs! Also a shot of another ab exercise below (weighted crunch). More videos to come..
