Fitness status

Here’s a photo of me from last night, April 8th, 2010 – seeing progress in my lower body now, more definition around my glutes, quads and all around more shapely legs. Finally – it’s going slow but it’s going the right way! Taking it easy today as my body needed to rest, lower leg work out tomorrow and hopefully testing out the half marathon distance running on Sunday…Two weeks away until the More race!
