Well, here’s my abs today – February 5, 2010 – I’m still missing four out of the six packs I’m aiming towards, but apparently up until recently I’ve been doing my training wrong. Simple crunches will do the trick and working them out less so they have time to rest and change shape. I can see how much work is ahead of me, and I’m trying to get this to be motivating rather than overwhelming and depressing. I realize I’ve got to also shed some fat around the sides and bottom for the muscles to appear, because my stomach is rock hard underneath but it’s just not visible yet. Well – I’m on to Day 6 tomorrow of the Fighter Diet, hoping that this week will take me a step closer to my goal! Fitness check on the mid region done for this week! On to legs….
