Welcome everyone to my new fitness blog! I was encouraged by several friends to start a blog about my recent fat loss, muscle gain and healthier lifestyle after posting some of my after photos on Facebook. I am super dedicated to this new lifestyle, and have decided to start a blog to document my every day life detailing my work outs, eating patterns and the emotions I go through day to day while attempting to better my physique. My goal is to enter a fitness /figure competition and I’m also preparing for my first half marathon in April of 2010. Combining cardio with weight training can be challenging, because they tend to cancel each other out, more about that later…. Thanks for reading my blog and I look forward to all your comments!
